Building Relationships Through Social Media
- Relationship – definition: the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected.
- Social media – definition: forms of electronic communication (Web sites for social networking and microblogging) through which users create online communities to share information, ideas, personal messages, and other content (perhaps through videos).

These platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others are just one way for you and your company to establish a good relationship with your customers, your providers, and other like-minded companies.
